Every new member starts at Wander Card level and can upgrade after reaching the annual spending requirement.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Program Terms
- Only accommodation booked through an official website or by phone qualifies for points. Dining, add-on services, joint accommodation vouchers and third-party bookings do not qualify.
- A stay is required when redeeming points. Eligible dining, accommodation and add-on services are subject to each hotel’s program terms.
- A same-day in-store purchase is required when redeeming points for merchandise.
- Each transaction may use one redemption only and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Points expire 730 days after the day they are earned. Unused expired points cannot be restored or reissued.
- Please present your membership at checkout. Points cannot be added after departure.
- Rewards are subject to actual availability and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
- By participating, members confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the program terms and its current or future service features.
- When redeeming merchandise, members must allow staff to process the point deduction on their phone.
- Points belonging to different members cannot be combined.
- The company reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the program without separate notice.
- If points are posted incorrectly due to a system or operational error, the hotel may correct the balance to protect fairness and member rights.
